HP 6958 does not printing in color after replacing cartridges

macOS 10.14 Mojave

Printer is not printing anything in color but only in black. This started happening after replacing the cartridges with new HP original cartridges.

- using original HP cartridges. All cartridges are NEW and 100%.

- Print quality report is all good except its in all black

- Cleaned printhead, aligned printhead, cleaned page smears and all diagnostic tools.

- Followed all steps as listed in https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05076934.

- Printer is not throwing any error message.

 

Please advice.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
