I replaced the black ink cartridge in my printer and documents will now only print as blank pages. Same if I print internal reports such as Status Reports or Quality Reports, only blank pages are produced. Prior to changing cartridge printer was operating fine. Of note, the color ink cartridges are also empty, but I am attempting to only print a black and white document.

Please try these steps - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the ink replacement.
