I tried making a photocopy and that too comes out blank. The printer is neither printing or copying using black ink. The cartridge is nearly full. All of them are actually. Please advise!

I should never have purchased another HP printer. This one is barely a year old. I have cleaned printheads. There is plenty of black ink. I only use HP genuine ink cartridges. Not sure why since this is what happens anyway.
