Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I bought replacement ink cartridges from Best Buy last week.  After I installed them, I get a message that one or more of them is defective...specifically Cyan.  I go back to Best Buy and bring the defective cartridge(s), and they said they would not allow me to exchange, and made me buy another set.  I installed the Cyan, and I am still getting that message.  I have tried turning the printer on and off, but I am still getting this message.  Please advise. Thank you

This looks like a hardware issue. Refer to the document Ink Cartridge Errors for details.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer and cartridge replacement.
