HP 8610 All-in-One printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP 8610 all-in-one printer has been working fine for a couple years.  

 

Now when I print or scan, it seems to shift the page to one side so it cuts off 3/8 inch of the printing on the right side.  I've reset and run the re-alignment options without resolution.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

If the copies and test pages from the printer have same issues, this could be a hardware issue with the printer.

 

Let us reset the printer to its factory settings that may help to resolve this issue:

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
