Suddenly, our 8620 all-in-one won't print, won't connect to internet, won't connect to InstaInk. We have unplugged, turn it off and on, reset network settings to default (on the printer). Performed the uninstall/reinstall process of the software, downloading and installing the newest software from the HP site and still nothing. It is on a home network. No idea what to do next. How does one completely uninstall the printer, and reinstall it as if installing it brand new?

We now have it able to connect to InstaInk, but unable to connect to the network. It will print on one system, but on the other it keeps saying that drivers are not install when we downloaded them and installed. Trouble is, when we do and it wants to connect to network, it won't, ethernet or wireless.
