HP Officejet Pro 8620
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried everything I can find in the forums.

Reset printer

Download firmware - says that my printer isn't compatible for latest update

The printer was printing just fine earlier. Mid print the yellow ink ran out. I replaced the yellow with a brand new HP cartridge and I am getting "Cartridge Problem"

I replaced the other 2 color to see if that would help. No luck they don't even register that I have put new ones in.

What do I do? This is $100 worth of ink.

@HelpInk8620, Welcome to HP Support Community!

If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink Cartridge Errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer and also ink cartridge replacement if necessary.

Hope this helps!
