Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On my HP 8630 Office-jet Pro Error on Screen is : The print head appears to, not detected or incorrectly installed Error code 0xc19a0003.

 

Tried finding replacement print-head  no joy at HP.  Finding replacements on E BAY.  but the Print-head also had the following Part numbers on Top the case are the following: CM751-40051 and on the Card has the following  on the back of the Assembly  CM751-20013A,  Having problems find them

I would recommend you follow the steps on the document HP OfficeJet Printers - Resolving 'Missing or Failed Printhead' Error.

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
