I have been printing on card stock (110 lb) for a while.  Recently, the printer began to not print properly.  One page will print fine and then the other pages are cut off - some a little and some a lot. I have cleaned the roller thinking that it isn't printing up the paper correctly. I have realigned the printer and that also hasn't done anything. I am wasting A LOT of paper and ink - including my pages printed per month.  I am a teacher and am trying to print out centers for my classroom. Please help!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Are you able to print well on regular paper? What is the size of the card stock being used?

Does this only happen when printing on card stock?

Thanks 🙂

Hi Betty,

I can print fine on regular paper. The size of the card stock that I am using is 110 Weight. It is Georgia-Pacific Premium Card Stock Paper. This only happens when I print on card stock.

Are you printing these from Tray 1? Here are the specifications of your Printer: Paper handling section: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-8710-all-in-one-printer-series/7902014/documen...

Make sure the Printer supports it.

Let me know if this helps.
