Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer won't print or copy, Job just spins. document won't feed. 

 

All the printing noises sound like it will work, but nothing happens after the noises.

I did a soft reset and a factory reset. The calibration paper came out, but then nothing. Same problem as before. 

By going into support menu, I was able to print the extended self test and the printer status report. 

But whenever I try to print from PC or make a copy, the job just hangs.

 

Any one have any ideas?
