Product: OfficeJet Pro 8720
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

My printer is no longer printing on cardstock paper. I have printed hundreds of documents on cardstock previously with no problem. Now when I try, it will either jam, or it pulls the paper almost all the way through only printing the last inch or so on the paper. Either way, the back of the paper gets black smudges all over it. I have changed the settings on the printer and computer to reflect cardstock/thick paper and nothing changes. This used to work perfectly and now it's a giant headache. Thanks in advance.

The printer is likely dirty and in need of maintenance.
