I've just purchased an Officejet Pro 9013 (9010 series) and I've noticed that the printed output is not properly centered. I'm printing an A4 docx file that has 2 cm margins on each side and I end up with a 2.1 cm margin on the left side, 3 cm on the right side, 4 cm on the top and 2 cm on the bottom. I've tried reinstalling the printer, but I get the same result from several PCs. I've also upgraded the printer's firmware, which seems to have helped a bit, but the result is still not properly centered.
Any idea what else I could try?

Datasheet confirms printer can handle the following margin sets:
Print area Print margins: Top: 3.3 mm, Bottom: 3.3 mm, Left: 3.3 mm, Right: 3.3 mm; Maximum print area: 216 x 356 mm
You may need to adjust your Word document margins and / or the header / footer location
Word document > Layout > Margins
and / or
Open document > Double-Tap on the header / footer
Adjust Header from Top
Adjust Footer from Bottom
and / or
The setting you seek might be the "Gutter" setup - accessed in Word > Document > File > Print > Page Setup
The example shows margins / gutters for a duplex sided print.

It looks like the Windows 10 driver is at fault. Printing the same document by attaching it to an email that gets sent to the printer's address looks fine, but printing it directly from either Word or Adobe Reader (after having converted it to a PDF) does not have the expected margins.
