Product: HP 9015
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to print photos with my new HP 9015 - first of all for selection of paper there is no photo paper listed - there is "glossy"......which I did select.  Secondly - the photos are printing horribly.  I have run the HP Print and Scan Doctor program and have printed out excel and word documents in color fine - but the photos are not printing out in full color and have lines in them.......and yes I have selected the best option for printing.  I must be missing a setting or something.  Please advise

Which software do you print from ? Please download and install

 

      http://www.hp.com/global/us/en/consumer/digital_photography/free/software/photo-creations.html

and use it to print.

that software doesn't work - I keep getting an error message  "There was a problem establishing a secure Internet connection to RocketLife server" - I have no issues running any other programs or getting to any other internet sites......

 

But I shouldn't need to use a special software to print photos.....I have tried printing from "Windows Photo Viewer", "Photo Gallery" and "Photos"......all the same output.....crappy
