HP PageWide Managed Color MFP E77650-E77660 Printer series

The  problem is with devices Printers E58650z and E77660zs

We have encountered issue that sometimes ‘Pull Print’ or ‘Scan to e-mail’ button (icon) hangs or stuck. There is sound when pressing Pull Print icon on UI, but nothing changed on screen. This can be resolved only by restarting printer. And this problem can appear several times per day. Please check the video with described problem - https://drive.google.com/open?id=1kV0FZHiGUHnzM9603T0mBBJ40xztMNjH

Similar Hangs problem with P57750dw. After Pull Print Icon has been pushed the device hangs. Customer need to wait. The waiting time vary from 15 second till infinity (in this case the device must be rebooted). The video is shown here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1oT1jRTc7kb8kM1Q33RvhjgTyee7MwlLO

MFU's Firmware is up to dated.

Thank's in advance

Sincerely,

Arnold
