HP B110 shows "ink system failure"

HP Photosmart b110 all-in-one Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My b110 Photosmart had a paperjam which required side cover removal to extract all the paper. Since re-assembling the printer, it will not reset, remaining with the message on screen. I've retried the whole procedure several times with no success.

"Suggested" on line "help lines" are about as much use as a cardboard kettle! 

Can anyone please help? Cheers.

If yes, and if the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link -
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
