HP DESKJET 2652 printing dull red colors

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a deskjet 2652 and it is not printing reds correctly.  I have done the "cartidge cleaning" and printed several diagnostic pages and the Magenta looks purple/grey and is extremely dull.  I notice I had a problem while printing a picture of my son and everything I print looks on the blue side.  I have also tried new ink and it did not solve my issue.  Anybody else experience this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Have you tried making a standalone copy in color and check if the issue persists?

Also, Print a Print Quality Diagnostic page

Refer to step 8 from this document.

 

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer. Please contact our HP Support team for Service Options:

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
