Hello,
If the printer is plugged into a power strip or surge protector, the printer might not be getting enough power to properly function. To resolve the issue, plug the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also ensure that the power cord to the back of the printer is connected firmly.
If the issue still persists, you might try with another power cord, else its time to get the printer serviced/replaced.
