MY PRINTER IS NOT AT ALL TURNING ON , AND IT IS ALSO IN WARRANTY SO I NEED A REPLACEMENT FOR MY PRINTER

I understand the printer is not powering ON. Have you used an alternate compatible power cable and check if that helps?
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.
Reset the printer
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
