I have an HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3835, I bought it 2 years ago..From the beginning, I could not print. Up to now, i didnt need the printing service, only the scanning. But now it is essential to be able to print.  And it is quite urgent..

 

Everything seems to be working but the result is plain blank pages.!!

Hi @elika123

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you would like to print. I'd be happy to assist you. To assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • Which device are you trying to print from?
  • How is the printer connected to the device?
  • Do you get any errors while printing?
  • Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic page

  1. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.

  2. Touch Tools, and then touch Print Quality Report.

Let me know how this goes.
