My HP Desk Jet 3630 suddenly thinks my black ink HP cartridge #63 is incompatible. It is a fairly new cartridge and it did work fine for a number of days. I tried rebooting the printer and I reinserted the cartridge.....no luck . It isn't flagging the coloured cartridge, but it still won't print.
Does anyone have any ideas?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink Cartridge Errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
