Hi, I have some trouble with my DeksJet 3700 printouts.
I don't know why when I print with black, this problem comes up: the whole word is not printed.
The problem also remains with new (original) cartridges.
I followed all the diagnostic directives (nozzle cleaning, alignment, etc) but nothing helped. I also tried to clean the nozzle by hand, but the result does not change.
Can you some of you help or support me? Any of you with the same problem?
