HP Deskjet 2542 print only blank page

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi

I have been trying hard to fix the issue with the print during this time not to go out. The ink is good and shows 61% green mark tick. I did try restart printer, restart computer, reset printer settings, reinstall driver. None worked. When I execute all maintenance tasks all shows green, the test print also sends signal correctly and I can here the sound the printer is making line by line printing but actual the page is blank.

I tried to run the doctor and other maintenance tasks, cleaning cartridges, cleaning alignment, clean printer, Ink warm water treatment(only to the base)  and none works. If I check the properties, all shows green, ready to receive print signals.

It start printing upon command but the page will have a blank page without text.

Please help
