I have BLACK ink according to the cartridge levels and color as well. When I print, the black does not show up at all, but the color does. I have tried the HP diagnostic and cleaning, but nothing seems to work. Most of my printing is done in B&W, so the color is useless for me right now.
I have tried soaking the ink cartridge in warm water, but this did not work. The black level still reads about 15%, but nothing prints.
How can I fix this?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Color or Black Ink Not Printing and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
