Hi @RajatDeva, Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

It seems like the printer has forgotten to print in black. Let us try to fix it by performing these steps:

  • Try making a standalone copy in black and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

Check estimated ink levels and replace any low/empty ink cartridge.

 

Perform step 5 from this document. 

 

Update the printer firmware

Refer to page 39 of the user manual to download and install the latest firmware from your MAC via web services.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
