Hello - I'm trying posting this again as nobody was able to lead me to a solution. I'm still having trouble printing or copying for a while. When I try to print, I get the dialog message on my computer that it's "printing page 1, 100% complete", followed by "printing - waiting for printer to finish". On the printer, the power button is blinking, and it says "Printing" with the blocks appearing, but nothing prints. I tried printing a test page from the utility and that doesn't work either. I try to copy and that doesn't work either.I've tried installing the latest driver, restarting the computer, etc., nothing works for months.  Can someone please help me? It's serial no [edited] and FPU no CH376-64001.

Please reference this previous thread, where I already tried everything that was suggested:

Can someone please help me?

Thanks,

Nikhil

Hi @atma1008

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I have checked the previous thread and posts. All the possible troubleshooting steps have been performed.  I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer.

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
