HP Deskjet 3630 series

My HP Deskjet Ink Advantage all-in-one printer only printing blank pages and sometimes showing E2 in HP smart app. I tried updating all firmware and software. While printing documents directly from File -> Print menu, no error displays only blank pages comes out. But while printing from HP Smart, it shows page setting error in the app. Cartridge levels are low though no lights blinking and the printer was not is use for 1-2 months. Any help is greatly appreciated. Please suggest a remedy.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

As the printer is not used for a couple of months, the ink could have dried up.

Perform steps 10 and 13 from this document.

 

E2 error refers to the incorrect paper size

Reinstall the HP Smart app as this error occurs only while using the app.
