HP Deskjet 2825
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've had the HP Deskjet 3835 for about 2-3 years now and have primarily used it for scanning with some printing here and there.  I've just tried to print several types of documents (both black and white and in color) and the printer is only producing blank pages.  The printer and the app shows that I have plenty of ink left (at least 3/4 for both cartridges).  I've tried all of the solutions I can find online including:

 

- Using the cartridge cleaner function on the printer

- Manually removing and cleaning the cartridges

- Trying the copy function rather than the printing function

 

Despite this, I'm still getting complete blanks.  There is ink in the cartridges (i can detect them when i clean the cartridges).

 

Please advise what I need to do?

Try the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here

And if the issue persists, this could be a hardware issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
