HP Deskjet 4535

Deskjet 4535
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

From this Printer the touchscreen is since yesterday not working.

I have made an hard reset but nothing is working.

They say that is also possible about updating the drivers.

There are no new updates. Only the software from a view years ago.

What can i do more about this problem?

Welcome to HP support community.

Is the printer connected to wall outlet directly?

If not, follow these steps:

Perform a power reset

  1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
  5. Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
  6. Turn on the printer.

Update the printer firmware

Here are the steps:- Click here

I hope that helps.

Did you update the printer firmware? if yes and still the issue persists, then it might be a hardware issue and I recommend you contact support to check the available service options for your printer.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Cheers!
