HP Deskjet F380
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

In the past week my deskject F380 is not printing any ink on the paper after the print option is selected from the word processor. It enters as a blank paper and returns as blank. I even connected the printer to my laptop and get the same result after printing.

The cartridge is not empty as there is a substantial amount on both colour and black to print over 15 papers. The solution centre even shows I have plenty of ink available.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software and the issue still remains.

Please advice any possible solutions that is possible to resolve this issue?

Regards,

Raaqim

Hello @The_Fossette,

The link you shared works and I am able to print again.

I occasionally use the printer for printing.

To avoid the cartridge drying up, how frequent should I print?

Is printing 2 pages enough once every fortnight?

Regards,

Raaq

Thanks for the reply.

Good to know that issue is resolved.

Feel free to contact us in feature, if you need any assistance.

Printing couple of pages in a week will avoid cartridge drying up.

Cheers.
