Replaced a new color cartridge and it will not print in color. It tells me I have a full cartridge.
Replaced the black afterward, black prints.
Followed all the community support directions- unplug, plug, cleaned the cartridge .... nothing.

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. As you've performed relevant troubleshooting steps and the issue persist.
This sounds like the Ink cartridge issue. However, please try this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-deskjet-f4400-all-in-one-printer-series/3742084/document/c01... If these steps resolved the issue, you do not need to continue troubleshooting.
