Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Can you try this Uninstall and then reinstall again?

Setup with USB and then Convert to Wireless.

After uninstalling, follow the steps in the guide:

Hope that helps!

First off, a thumbs up! forward no matter how slow is progress.  I still have the blinking light.

So this got me a little further then I was before. Now i can connect to the printer but not my router, or I can connect to the router and not the printer.

HI,

If you are able to connect to the printer using USB and the software is installed successfully, are you not able to do a USB to Wireless conversion?

These examples how how it's done:

(different printers but approach is the same)

HP Envy 4520 Download and install software and connect with USB connection- Part 1

HP Envy 4520 Convert a USB connected printer to Wireless Connection – Part 2

Thanks.
