Product: HP ENVY 5000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Faded printing or cut off printing.  Tried on line solutions could not get it to work.  I am not tech savy so I am not sure what I am doing.  This is the 2nd HP printer to do this.  I bought this one 10months ago after the first on did the same thing.
