I have a HP, ENVY 5010 and once again when replacing the cartridges it will not print. The last machine went back. Alignment page comes of the printer faint in colour and no black. Cartridges are new hp units

Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates.

And, if you have performed all the steps from the document HP DeskJet, ENVY 5000 Printers - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and still have issues, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
