So I have been having issues with my HP ENVY 5660 printer and it prints color just fine but it hasn't been able to print anything in play, the ink levels are okay and they aren't saying I need to replace the ink. What do I do?

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'd like to know the following-
Are you referring to printing from a particular application?
What happens when you make photocopies on the printer?
Have you tried printing the test page?
Meanwhile, Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. For more information, go to Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware.
