Product: HP ENVY Photo 6222
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I just purchased and set up a new HP ENVY Photo 6222 in my new home office. I have only printed a few pages so far, with the ink cartridges that the printer came with. I am using standard Boise mult-use copy paper, the same paper I used on my partner's HP Officejet Pro 8600 in his home office. The pages I have printed, whether color or black and white, have been very faint, whereas the same documents printed on the same paper on the Officejet look fine. Help!
