Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried to clean my color print cartridge, used the PC doctor, install drivers and the color ink will still not print although the new HP cartridge is showing 3/4 full. Please help!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Are you able to copy in color?

  1. Load plain white, U.S. letter or A4 size paper in the tray.

  2. On the product control panel touch Setup ().

  3. Touch Tools, and then touch Align Printer. The alignment page automatically prints.

Well i went through all the steps (that I previously went through and the last step that I completed was replacing the color cartridge and that worked.  What's interesting is that the ink level on my screen shows that the color level was at about 60% full, so it's weird that it just crapped out like it did.  I checked the warranty date on it and it shows 2011 as the year which I have no clue how that old of a cartridge was in there as I know that i've gotten newer cartridges after 2011.  In any case, thanks for sending the link to the steps....Replacing the cartridge did the trick!  Thanks again!
