HP Envy 4500
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just got this HP Envy 4500 printer and I just can't connect it to my WiFi. I go through the Wireless Setup Wizard, find the network that I want to connect to, and enter the password. Soon after, the printer says that I have the incorrect password and how the printer password doesn't match the router password. I have tried changing the router password, changing the name of the network, attempted using WPS (both the button and PIN techniques), researched so many other forums, watched so many YouTube videos, and nothing has solved my problem so far. I just don't understand how my printer recognizes the network, but just refuses to accept that the password is correct, even though I've signed into the network on other devices. I did end up printing multiple Wireless Network Test Results and it says "Attention, the WPA security passphrase configured on your HP printer does not match your wireless router setting. Solution, 1 Run the Wireless Setup Wizard to re-enter your wireless network WPA security passphrase." I have done that so many times and triple-checked the passphrase before attempting to connect. Yes, I've also changed the channel to 1, 6, and 11 for the network. I'm not sure if this helps, but on the test results it says "Security, FAIL", "Authentication Type, WPA-PSK", and "Encryption, Automatic (AES or TKIP)" all in bold. If there's any possible solution, I'd love to try it. I'm desperate to get it working. Thank you.
