Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Mu Envy 4500 printer will no longer print from (one) of my laptops however I can scan documents from the printer to my laptop.  I am connected through my home network to the printer.  I am able to print from other devices to the printer.

I have uninstalled all HP drivers and programs and reinstalled the software.  When I try to install the printer as a new printer I get the error that the printer network installation was unsuccessful (it couldn't be installed over the network.  Please help, I am my wits end!!

Yes I am.  I am able to print a test page without any issues.  I can also print from my other laptop and phones on the network.

Run the HP print & scan doctor program.
