How absolutely frustrating.. I mean it definitely gives me some peace knowing I am not doing something wrong and that many people are having this same problem.. I am excited to try your option when I get home in a few hours Eric. I hope it works! Somebody mentioned above to change the ink cartridges. I bought mine in December 2018, and would rather not have to buy new ones as these are still full. Have any of you tried that? Does it work?

I bought new ones but did not replace them since I can trick the printer into printing a full page pic from a phone but not on my win 10 laptop so it's NOT the ink! I assure you. It's a driver problem and or windows issue. 

 

Here is a test you can try to confirm. Send a picture or something from your phone or tablet to the printer and it will work!
