HP Envy 4527 - one or more of your cartridges has a problem after latest firmware update
After the latest auto-update on firmware, I am now being present with the message "one or more of your cartridges appears to have a problem"
these where both new a couple of weeks before the update and were working perfectly.
Firmware Version: CFP1FN2023BR
I have reset the device to factory defaults, manually cleaned the print heads and chips with IPA.
Is there somewhere I can obtain the old firmware to flash to restore functionality to my device

Hi @Rmc18,
I'd like to help with the cartridge issue.
I see that you have already tried most of the necessary steps.
To provide an accurate solution-
Are you using HP Genuine cartridges or non-HP cartridges?
Also, try single-cartridge mode-
The printer you own can work in single-cartridge mode, wherein the printer will be able to print with one cartridge in the printer.which will help us identify if its a cartridge issue or a printhead issue
To try single-cartridge mode follow the below steps:
remove the black ink from the printer, leave the color in and try printing
then remove the color ink and, insert the black in and try printing
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
