I just bought the HP Envy 5010 printer but when trying to set up i get "Only one set of HP Instant Ink Ready cartridges can be used in a printer. Remove and replace with other cartridges."
The cartridge in it is new (the one that came with the printer) so it shouldn't be telling me to change it yet. Do you know how i can sold this issue?

Does it say 'HP Instant Ink' on the ink cartridges that came with the printer or 'Setup ink cartridges'?
Let us try these steps:
Reset the printer
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Also, perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
