Hi, I have just purchased an HP Envy 5010 printer and the setup cartridges are missing. I have some brand new cartridges installed and like a lot of people, have found out you need the setup ones to do a first time setup. I have found a few ways to bypass this on other models but not for an Envy 5010. Can it be done? Thanks in advance.

Hello,

If this printer is new one and you have tried setting it up for the first time, then i am sure the SETUP cartridges should be available in the box.

The printer need these SETUP ink cartridges from first time printer initialization.

The best option is to return the printer form where you purchased.

However, click on ENVELOPE icon on top right corner of this page to access more information.
