Hi, I’ve bought a new printer with new cartridges and when I try and print the magenta does not work. I’ve followed all the instructions on the print quality diagnostic sheet inc cleaning the cartridges (even though it has never been used) but it still won’t work. Please can anyone help? Thanks in advance

Its surprising that the new printer with the new cartridge is having this issue of print quality.
Below is the troubleshooting document. Do not miss the " Step 13: Manually clean the area around the ink nozzles. "

If issue still persits, i'd suggest you to try using a new Tri Color Cartridge or contact HP Tech Support for further assistance.
