HP Envy 5032 not printing Magenta

hi i have just bought a brand new HP Envy 5032 printer installed the ink cartridges provided but it will just not print magenta i have reinstalled drivers and firmware again and all followed the online steps when i take the cartridge out and i wipe it with a tissue after a while magenta appears when then when i print it doesn't show on my printouts

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

I understand the printer is not printing in magenta. Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:

 

Kindly perform steps 10 and 13 from this document.

 

Once done, print a print quality report

  1. On the printer control panel, swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup.

  2. Touch Tools.

  3. Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.

  4. Look for Magenta.
