I have tried multiple times to download the HP Envy 5055. I downloaded the software from HP. I have gone through all of the prompts. The scanner works because I tested it, but when I pull up the printers under the computer set, it says Drive is Unavailable,
I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue
Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.
