HP Envy 5424 - Windows 10 Home V1909 - Malwarebytes & Brower Guard - Dell Inspiron 15-3552

 

Had this printer for some 2 yrs without any issues with printing.

 

Recently had issues with connections via WiFi to printer. When wanting to print an item, I am told the printer is off-line when its not. Rectified by uninstalling everything as variuos posts suggest and reinstalling with 'EN4520_Basic64_1122'.

 

Now having issues with printing in Colour. Trying to print documents for MS Word (MS Office 2016) in colour and its black/white. The system tells me there's sufficent ink in cartridges. Cannot find any choices in various properties etc to change from colour/black&white. Again uninstall all from windows and reinstalled.

 

Still no colour or choices ??
