I have researched countless threads on here and have scoured the internet for a solution to the problem. 

 

My printer is printing blank pages no matter what I do. I have cleaned, aligned, etc... multiple times and i have followed everything that has been recommended on this site and other "expert" sites. Someone mentioned it's a hardware issue but have not been able to get in touch with anyone from HP. 

 

Please advise,

If you have already performed the steps from the document Color or Black Ink Not Printing and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. After several years of trouble-free operation, my ENVY 5530 is now only producing blank pages in both Print and Copy modes.

Per Print & Scan Doctor, both cartridges have ink.  Drivers are up-to-date, and I have now updated firmware to the latest release (Oct.2019).  The printer sounds and acts as if it was indeed printing something, but the page comes out blank.

Troubleshooting routine described in "HP ENVY, DeskJet printers - Color or Black Ink Not Printing" did not help.

 

Based on a couple other threads on this very subject, this appears to be a hardware issue.

Would you please provide direct contact info for reaching HP Support, as I haven't been able to access and fill out a form mentioned elsewhere in those threads?
