HP Envy 5539

HP envy 5530
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I  have connected the my printer (HP ENVY 5530- ALL-IN ONE)) to my wireless network. I am able to print a test page, but unable to print any document from my computer. The printer  drivers has been uninstalled and re-installed  but still cannot print any documents.

 

Also checked for any windows update. There are no pending updates.

 

Please advice..

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'd like to know the following-

  • Is there any error message when you try to print?
  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Is there any antivirus/security software installed on the computer?

Meanwhile, Use HP Print and Scan Doctor

Download HP Print and Scan Doctor and run the program. It will automatically diagnose and fix any printing/scanning issues.
