HP Recommended
Product: HP Envy 5542
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For the past few weeks, I have been unable to print form either of two laptops using wifi. The wifi works as I can still print from my phone but no matter what I do, neither laptop will print. All you get is a very unhelpful message saying error printing! 

I've deleted and reloaded all software and the laptops both find the 5542 BUT there is no printing going on unless by USB.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions??

Any and all help would be appreciated!
