Envy 5640
macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have replaced my old Envy 5640 with another one (second hand). Every time I print from my Mac, Windows laptop or mobile for I get prompted to enter a username and password. It seems to happen with all applications. 

 

Any help on how to resolve this gratefully received.

To better assist you - Can you post a picture of the password prompt?

As you are experiencing this issue while printing from other devices too, this could be the EWS password. I have sent you a private message with the steps to perform a semi-full reset. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.  

 

Let me know how that goes.
